– For your consideration is this 1999 White Sands Soy Bomb distortion effects pedal by Tracy Sands.
– This unit, which is hand-numbered “SOY BOMB #1” is the first prototype of what was to become an early and fairly popular boutique overdrive effects pedal. Sands dabbled with calling his pedals “White Sands” with the motto “The Atomic Sound” prior to landing on Vintage Technology for his brand name.
– This pre-production unit sounds absolutely incredible and is the only one of its kind.
– Tracy Sands is perhaps better known for his involvement at Bad Cat Amps.
