– For your consideration is this Fender Jazz Bass vintage reissue electric bass guitar neck by Bill Antel.
– Made sometime in the ’80s, this incomplete neck features a beautiful old growth Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Please note that we are offering a beautiful Jazz Bass body in ash which was also made by Mr. Bill Antel, providing an opportunity for the two to be mated together.
– Perhaps SoCal’s most unsung builder and luthier, Mr. Bill Antel made incredibly well-crafted and refined instruments. This neck is from his personal collection
– The finish on the front of the peghead has been refined while there remains orange peel on the back of the headstock and back of the neck. It has been fretted, drilled for tuning machine posts, and pre-drilled for a neck plate.
– It does not have a nut.
– Neck measurements: .844″ depth at 1st fret, .992″ depth at 12th fret, 1.550″ nut width
– Weight: 1.6 lbs.
