– For your consideration is this vintage set of early 1940’s Kluson 3-on-a-side strip tuners, appropriate for a 1940-1943 Gibson acoustic guitar.
– Removed from a modified 1942 L-30 neck, these 3×3 tuners are also appropriate for L-0, L-00, J-35, J-45 models.
– Pat. 2132792 Kluson tuners were used from 1940-1943- these are the pre-war non-riveted variant.
– Quite surprisingly, this original matched pair still retains their original plastic buttons, all of which are in very good condition.
– The tuners include original early Phillip’s head screws, as well as 5 original ferrules.
