– For your consideration is this vintage 1963 Fender electric guitar hardshell case.
– This pre-CBS hard case with smooth blonde tolex is appropriate for Stratocaster, Telecaster, and Esquire models.
– A very nice example, this hard case is in intact and all original. Both the original black leather handle and clover-shaped accessory compartment pull tab are in nice condition, though the black leather end wraps display moderate wear and deterioration.
– Though they display significant surface oxidation, all hinges and latches are in good working order.
– The case is in excellent structural condition, however one non-original screw was installed next to a handle bracket to better secure the accessory compartment side wall.
– No odor is present, and the overall condition is respectable and would best complement an all original vintage Fender guitar with average wear.
