– For your consideration is this 2011 Martin D-35 Standard Series dreadnought acoustic guitar.
– This very nice all original example, serial number 1450237, includes the original molded hard plastic carrying case.
– The Martin D-35 is features the traditional solid Sitka spruce top, however, the D-35 also features a smaller profile 1/4″ top braces as opposed to the traditional 5/16″ top braces used within the other Martin dreadnought models.
– A very excellent instrument, this guitar feels great and sounds fantastic.
– It is in excellent all original condition, however, it does exhibit a drying crack on the back of the body. It does not appear to be fully open and seems to be stable as well. The opening is NOT the result of an impact. For whatever reason, this era Martin acoustic is somewhat notorious for drying cracks, bridges lifting, and binding becoming unglued.
– Neck measurements: 1.717″ nut width, .841″ depth at 1st fret, .907″ depth at 12th fret, .09″ string height of low-E at 12th fret.
